This notice explains the current website and application process for True North Performance LLC.
Information you provide
When you submit an application or contact True North Performance LLC, we receive the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, contact details, goals, and answers about your training, habits, or health. Please do not submit genetic reports, laboratory results, payment-card details, or other sensitive records through a general inquiry.
How information is used
Information provided through an application is used to review your inquiry, discuss your goals, respond to questions, and communicate about potential coaching services. Technical information may be used to operate the website, troubleshoot problems, and protect it against misuse.
Website hosting and application forms
This website is hosted through Vercel. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and access times. Application buttons open a form hosted by Typeform. Information submitted there is processed through Typeform and made available to True North. These providers also have their own privacy terms: Vercel Privacy Policy and Typeform Privacy Policy.
Cookies and third-party services
The current website code does not include advertising pixels or a dedicated analytics integration. Hosting infrastructure and external services may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. Browser settings let you restrict cookies, although this may affect external forms. The current website does not implement a separate response to browser Do Not Track signals. This notice should be updated if analytics, advertising, or embedded media services are added.
Coaching, laboratory, and genetic information
This notice covers the public website and initial inquiries. Coaching platforms, DNA testing, laboratories, and clinical services can involve additional sensitive information and separate notices and consent processes. Before those services begin, the applicable collection, access, sharing, and retention practices must be explained. This website notice is not a medical-provider privacy notice or authorization to disclose health records.
Sharing information
Website and application providers process information to deliver their services. Information you submit may also be used by personnel responsible for reviewing and responding to your inquiry. Additional disclosures may be required by law or necessary to address security incidents. Any further sharing for coaching or clinical services should be described in the relevant onboarding materials.
Retention and security
Records may be retained while an inquiry is being handled and where needed for business records or legal obligations. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit an application. You can ask about access, corrections, or deletion of information you have provided by emailing bailey@truenorthperformance.us. Children
True North’s coaching offer is intended for adults. Children should not submit personal information through this website. If you believe a child has provided information, email bailey@truenorthperformance.us so the matter can be reviewed.
